    Thank you for the feedback! While you cannot choose Zoom as an option when you are allowing your invitee to choose the location, we are actively researching improvements to the location experience.

    I am a new user.  Patty is exactly right about this.  The invitee needs to be able to choose the way to have the meeting (phone call or Zoom meeting).  I had to set up different Event Types, one for phone calls and one for Zoom meetings.  Patty's idea would be a significant improvement.

    I would love this too.  It would be so useful to have the Zoom integration feature when asking clients to choose their preferred location. 

    My clients choose from phone / in-person meeting / Zoom call, but the new Zoom integration feature isn't an option when asking clients to chose their preferred location. So I have to manually give them a link when they choose that option.

    What is the point of Zoom integration if they can't choose it? I only do Zoom calls with folks who cannot come to see my face-to-face and don't want the Zoom info on every appointment. I only want those who qualify as being out of my area to be able to choose the Zoom info and then have the integration set up.

    How long will this take to have this option in place? Else, why did you give an option and not do the Zoom integration as well? 

    I'm frustrated because the round robin directions make no sense to me, I am not able to set this up the way I want and I can't even talk to anyone, even via Chat because you don't have that capability. What is the special access for paying customers worth if all it means is an email that asks a question that doesn't pertain to what you are asking for and then you have to wait hours again to get a real response?

    One shouldn't have to go to the community to figure out how to work your application. I loved this app when it was just me but adding more folks into this makes this super complicated.

    If you have to have multiple event types for Zoom clients vs not, do you set up the same calendar availability? is there any possibility of overbooking with the two types of appointments?
