    Hello all,

Thank you for the feedback! With the new booking UI you are able to send an invitee to a specific date. Ex: https://calendly.com/yoururl/eventtype?date=2019-05-22

Let me know if this helps!

    Best,

    Hannah at Calendly

I am looking for the same thing.  Trying to use Calendly to get people to register for a single webinar event that I am planning.  Sending people to a "select date" page is very misleading to them since this is a one time event on a specific day and time.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Someone from Calendly got back to me and I kinda figured out how to do it:

First, create a new event type for just this one single day event.

Then add the date to the end of your url.  For example: Calendly.com/YourNormalURL/YourNewEventType/11-5-18

You can then use this link to send people directly to the "pick a time" page for this date.  The trick is that you need to adjust your availability so that only one time slot is open for you on that date.  Also, you need to make sure that none of your linked calendars are showing you as "busy" for that time slot.

    Hope this helps!

Jeff - FYI your solution doesn't work at all. It still takes you to the select a date page.

Yep, you are right.  I swear I did this a couple of months ago and the link skipped me to the time page but now it takes me to the date page.  At least you can set it up so there is only one day and time option by limiting the calendar when you create the new event type.  It is an extra click but with only one option, even super non-tech people should be able to follow it.

    Example:

It would be helpful to send a link for one day with available times.

I am trying to do this but the link from Hannah doesnt work.

I am trying to create two webinar events on one day (ie one at 11.30-12.30 and another from 1-2pm)

I want to distribute these events to a group of people and enable them to select the best one to attend.

    How do I do this?
