It's much easier for my clients to reschedule an appointment at a time that suits them, than it is for me to do it.
Currently, if I speak to them on the phone or email, I have to say, "Please find the link in the confirmation email or in the calendar appointment.", which is a bit naff
I'd rather just send them a link to reschedule so they don't have to hunt for it
It would be nicer if the link was generic but it's also OK if it was unique to each session (eg available from each session in dashboard)
