    Hi all -

Thank you for submitting this idea! While I don’t have a target date on when we will offer a sharable reschedule link, I can share your suggestions with the team to discuss further.

    Best,
    Hannah at Calendly

You can use Zapier to merge the clients specific UUID # into your CRM after which you can use merge fields to auto-populate links in your auto-responders to yourselves or clients for reschedule and cancel!

Happy to walk anyone through that has Infusionsoft :)

    Howdy, Keith...

So, I use InfusionSoft, and Zapier (two down ;) -- so, you up for doing a bit of screencasting show 'n tell' on the setup you mention above?   Or, I can show y my existing Calendly >> Zapier >> IS set-up, via a Zoom call, if you're down for that... ✌

How about Calendly just makes it easy on paying clients?  I don't want to use another system to do a very basic task.

Agreed!! There is a high need for this!!  You should be able to resend the reschedule link original event email to clients to better serve them in these cases.  This is especially necessary with our Salesforce Integration and the desire to keep their new event attached to their account without having to go through the process of cancelling the event ourselves and regenerating another email with their specific account information.

Yes please. And be able to get these links from the chrome extension would be excellent.

Is there any update on a time frame for rolling out this feature?

Echo the need for me to be able to prompt a client to reschedule. vCita does this beautifully by giving me the option on the back end to ask the client to reschedule. The client gets an email copy of the event with a link to reschedule. The resulting .ics file they receive updates the appointment to the new time.

I have had to reschedule two Calendly events in the last week and it was downright embarrassing. Essentially I had to write, "Would you mind returning to my scheduling site and finding a new time for us to meet? I'll delete the old appointment once we get something new on the books." This is too confusing for the client. There needs to be a simple way to send a request back to the client with a link to the original appointment and instructions on how to reschedule.

I've been spinning my wheels on this and came up with a workaround (although I agree that this is so easy to execute, Calendly, help us out please)

If you go to your scheduled events on your Calendly dashboard, you can find the upcoming events, and there will be a button for you reschedule. When you click the button, copy the URL from the new page that loads, and you can manually hyperlink it yourself in the email to your client.

When they use it, I'm not sure if it will show that *you* were the one who rescheduled the meeting or the client, but it will get the meeting successfully rescheduled, and you'll both receive the confirmation.

It would also make sense for us to receive the same reschedule/cancel links as the client in the original appointment confirmation...

I'd LOVE to see this implemented!

I completely agree with this statement: "It's much easier for my clients to reschedule an appointment at a time that suits them, than it is for me to do it."

Come on Calendly... this isn't that hard to build and is obviously a core feature of this product... please build this before we look at other solutions

Hey all! So in the confirmation email to client scheduled, there is a reschedule/cancel link that is auto sent in every confirmation email. Still would be helpful for us to have that link accessible to us.

Although this doesn't directly address the issue above, here is a reschedule link you can use in reminders (like SMS) which is hidden in the Calendly toolbox:

    Thanks @ Nick.

I'd love for this to be automated, but it appears that if you go in to reschedule the event in Calendly, that the URL works for both you and the person who scheduled. I had assumed that it was different, but it looks like it depends on who is logged into Calendly.

So the quick way to get the link is to go to reschedule the event, then copy and paste the URL into an email to the person who wants to reschedule.

It seems like Calendly could do a quick fix: add a button that says "display the reschedule link for your guest" and just show the URL to copy and paste.

I also just noticed that you can turn the reschedule link on and off - so for my most recent meetings, the invitees were not getting those links...
