This would also be super useful to determine in which timezones you are located so people can set up meetings with you: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/220314268-Setting-a-travelling-timezone-for-certain-dates

Do you guys even read this stuff. One request is 10 years old. Mine is 11 months old. It's too easy with the Tripit XML feed to take the data and block out the time. Instead I have people scheduling meetings and calls, or attempting to while I'm on a plane or at a meal, and while those items show up on my calendar, they do not appear readable to Calendly. This causes issues with the need to reschedule.

First, I want to praise Calendly PM (and Dev) team for listening to these forums and updating Calendar connections so I can now aggregate 6 calendars so scheduling has a truer picture of my open slots. This was huge so thanks.

Now I realize my Travel plans are not counted which begs a smart integration with Tripit. This isn't as simple as digesting the Tripit feed as that would probably block out my entire trip (all I want is air travel blocked out). I certainly want to have business hours available when I travel as that may be when I want others to schedule me ("hey I'm in SF, and open to connect").

Bottom line, I'd love to hear thoughts from Calendly on this.

    Thanks

I completely agree. What are the options? Those of us who travel internationally could really use Tripit and time zone support.

We're stuck. We need to manually turn on and off the ability to book when we travel or simply "reschedule" which I hate to ever do. I've written the CEO via LinkedIn without even a "thank you." Part of the issue though may be TRIPIT as that service isn't really kept that up to date since the acquisition by Concur and then Concur being bought.

I'd like to add that Calendly and TripIt are a match made in heaven. Both solve the problem of multiple calendars and keeping things simple for folks with busy calendars. As said above, TripIt has a simple iCal feed that would be super easy for Calendly to pickup and use to block out flights, hotel check-ins, and other activities. I'd be happy to be a beta tester for this if you guys need one!
