I have an interest of using the mobile SMS reminder. But at the same time, I am worried about duplicate reminder of the email and sms would annoy customers. So I have not sign up for the text reminder feature.
I suggest that calendly.com provider business the configuration choice for the text reminder package that customers can use mobile phone only to set up an booking event without requirement of email. Even through customer voluntarily provide emails, the system can be configured to choose using either one or the non-empty field for reminder.
