The new round robin feature is awesome. A suggestion for a future development would be tying the questions into specific routing of appointments.
For example, I have 5 people that work in my firm. I would like all new clients to meet with Sarah and Bob because they're great with new clients and I'm too busy to meet with all new clients and want to maintain relationships with current ones.
I would like the functionality to enable a question to be asked and then based on that answer, to only allow Calendly to assign the meeting to a certain employee.
For example, where you put in cell phone and require it, let's say that there's a question that says "Are you a new client?" When building the questions, there's a little button next to the answer that gives you a drop down to select which employee should be assigned if the answer is Yes.
This functionality should be layered so that another question might ask, "Do you have assets over $1M?" If the "new client" question allowed Jennifer, Sarah and Bob to take the meeting, then the "asset" question might cut out Sarah & Bob since they don't know how to deal with those clients leaving Jennifer as the only team member to meet with this specific client.
This functionality would be AMAZING!
