Is there any update here? it's been almost a year since there's been an acknowledgement but no progress here.

It's pretty annoying to have to set up a custom thank-you page with a redirect for every single event.

Is there more transparency here? A roadmap? Anything?

I see that this thread is "Answered" but that's inaccurate. The only thing answered is a workaround. It would be great to see "Planned"

Hi - I agree the Pixel is needed on the calendar page as well.

The redirect is great for people who actually make a booking - but if I'm spending money on adverts, then I want to know who has arrived on the page and not made a booking as well.

Guys, we've been asking Calendly for the FB Pixel integration for a long, long time and they still haven't made this available for its customers. However, Acuity has this capability. If this is important to you, it may be time to switch providers.

You will see your business skyrocket if you make this work with fb pixel. Its a very simple coding update to be able to place a pixel. I own a trackign company that is an automation tool for facebook ad buying and pixels, I am happy to give you guys code or insight. I am also a user of your product and running fb ads to it and found this when i couldnt figure out how to add pixel to the page... i was in disblief. Lets push this forward. Please reach out to me if you want some advice for how to add pixels and allow users to load.

I loathe how software companies seem to not listen to customers. This addition is incredibly easy to action and the demand is there. This thread is over a year old.... but nothing. Please add the ability to track via FB pixels CALENDLY!!! Adding a thank you redirect is not the workaround as you lose the appointment reminders prompts and Cal invite. Add ing a field for a pixel is super basic.

I find the only way companies take notice is when they start losing custom. Acuity scheduling has the ability to install a facebook pixel. I've never used it but as they have the availability to do so I've set up an account today because this is a must and calendly team are obviously not that bothered about doing this as it has still not been done in over a year. This is just my thoughts but just so you know there are options for you.

Just adding the list of people that would love to see Facebook pixel being available during the calendly process. Would love to see who reaches the booking page but doesn't book so we can re-direct advertising to them as well as those that make the booking so that we can track the conversion rate.

Are you able to update as to whether this is even still on the cards? And if so, what sort of time frame it might be?

    Thanks!

I don't understand why this is so hard to integrate the facebook pixel. I know smaller businesses that develop a landing page platform integrated this feature in MONTHS NOT YEARS!

This makes me want to move my booking system to another platform because if I can't track clients that book with me.

All you need to do is have the html code on every calendar. We supply you with the Facebook Tracking Pixel ID number. DONE!

tbh honest the Calendly dev team could replicate the Google Analytics Tracking integration that inserts the Tracking ID into a script and then loads that in the <head> tags.

Basic Facebook Pixel tracking is no different and with a Pixel ID the process would be the same.

Now, that we have a Calendly integration with Facebook pixel, is it required for the Calendly events to be in English only for it to work?

I integrated Calendly events (English) and Facebook pixel was tracking all the events. But then I tried with a German calendly event, it says- 'We are currently translating our integrations. Please check back soon!'.

And also it is not tracking the German Calendly events anymore. Is it this way? or am I missing something? Why the Pixel is not tracking events anymore?

Hey Jenny - I'll have our team take a look at this. In the meantime, can you contact support@calendly.com so we can have this officially documented in our system?
