this looks like the solution I need. So Jacob, if i have a bi-weekly call set up and I want to:

    1. send a precall form 72 hours before
    2. send a post call followup 24 after
    3. and send check in emails on the off weeks (7 days after the call)

I would just set up 3 different zaps that work off the inital call date?

It keeps working for recurring meetings?

    Hi Mark,

Tim here with Calendly--Yes, you got it! You'd need to create 3 different Zaps. With that being said, you'd have to create more Zaps that search for the bi-weekly recurring meetings (such as the search step in Google Calendar) and send follow-up emails based on those meetings, and not the initial one booked.

I hope that helps. Happy Scheduling!

Hi Tim - any way I can buy you a beer to walk me through this?

I've been trying for hours to set this up but to no avail.  I just want to trigger an auto-thank you email after my event concludes.

    Many thanks.

Alright everyone I figured this out after Tim did not take me up on my beer offer (that's ok Tim!) :)

Step 1: Create a new Zap

Step 2: Add a Step and select Delay

Step 3: Click "Show Less Common Options" below Delay Until/Delay For

Step 4: In Queue Title, select "Event End Time"

Step 5: It should be quite clear what you need to do now...Input Time Number and Units

Step 6: Create your GMAIL (what I use) automated email....

...Step 7, have that beer Tim and I would have had and relax because you'll be good to go! :)

Cheers from SF and best of luck to you all.
