Scheduling remote meetings

No need to use the Zapier integration if you are a zoom user. Just use your personal meeting ID and then in zoom settings enable the "waiting room" feature to prevent people arriving in the middle of a meeting in progress (if you have back to back meetings). Have been setting up my Calendly events like this for at least 2 years now.

Hi! Can you please make a video for this?

"Google calendar users can take advantage of the automatic Google Hangouts/Meet link for every scheduled event."

I am manually updating the Google Meet link in my Google calendar and cannot find the option to automatize this process of generating a dynamic link for each meeting.

Thank you for the amazing tool! <3

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for helping out here! We now have a native Zoom integration if you'd like to check it via your Integrations page.

    HI Monax,

No need to do anything special -- by default, the Hangouts link should automatically be created when using Calendar Invitations. You can head to your Event Types page and click on the settings gear of the event.

Then, click on the Notifications and Cancellation Policy section. From there, switch to Calendar Invitations. Then, book a meeting and you should be good to go!

Thanks Tim. I'm going to leave it as is because all our events are set up this way, plus it means I don't have to switch in and out of different zoom rooms. But I appreciate the new feature for people who might not be on a paid zoom account!
