When someone books a demo for my business I'd like to keep them excited about the product up until the time of their appointment.
To help achieve this it would be amazing if I could send a few different emails leading up to their demo. For example, immediately after booking I'd like to send one email affirming their decision. 3 days before I'd like to send an email with testimonials. 2 days before I'd like to send a case study, and the day of I'd like to send a simple reminder.
Currently the system only allows for one email template to be sent at different times.
By allowing it all within the platform it would save me a lot of time from having to figure out integrations with Infusionsoft and Zapier.
