    Hi Yvette,

While Calendly does not have a recurring feature at this time, many users encourage invitees to book their next meeting after confirming an event.

Another option would be to use our calendar invitations feature. When you enable calendar invitations, your invitee receives a calendar invite (rather than a standard email confirmation) after scheduling with you. Once an invitee books with you, visit the event on your calendar and make sure they are a participant in the event. Then, simply set it to recurring. Just be sure you are in fact available at that time every week! If the event is marked as "busy," Calendly will know you are unavailable during those times.

If you'd prefer to do everything through Calendly so that your invitee receives all of your notifications, you could either have them book with you every week OR you can do it yourself. Just visit the same scheduling link you would share with your invitee, and fill out the booking flow for them using their name and email address.

Hello, I agree with Yvette. I need Calendly to schedule recurring meetings because if I change the invite in my calendar myself to be recurring, then the reminder emails aren't automatically sent each month. This would be an amazing feature to add. Thanks!

Thanks. I had already upvoted it, but it was last responded to over a year ago. I'm glad it's still on the radar.

This has been getting upvotes since 2018.... one would think it would have made its way to happening by now!

the lack of such is now becoming an issue for us to review an alternative service.

I also feel the same. We need the feature urgently and are looking for alternatives.

Thank you for all your work Calendly! We know you strive for the best quality and functionality in your product and we want to see that same quality and functionality in the updates that you do.

However, scheduling multiple/recurring appointments is the most requested feature by your customers and one which is three years and counting. We would all be grateful of a solution as soon as possible - and I mean within the next couple of months. This request is mainly for those of us who use Calendly to offer our paid services rather than solely as a free meeting scheduler.

There are four things that we want to see from any feature that allows our clients to schedule multiple appointments:

    1. Clients can choose as many appointments they want and book/pay for them all in one go. (To prevent any abuse of the system, a limit could be set on the number of appointments that can be booked by someone at any one time).

    2. Clients can select a day(s) and a time(s) to recur for as many weeks or months as they would like. They can then book/pay for them in one go.

    3. Users who want to offer courses can bundle dates and times into one event which clients can then select and book/pay for.

    4. Users can offer their clients ‘packages’ of appointments to purchase which they can then use to book however they like.

    Thank you for reading!

I really need this feature too. I would like my clients to book and pay for the whole course of the art classes I offer.

I offer tutoring class and use Calendly to schedule class time with students. It'd be so much better for the teacher and the students if they can book recurring classes. Please make it happen. Meanwhile, I am searching for alternatives and may switch if there is such option.

How is this still not a feature?

I agree that this feature is long overdue. I too want to offer my clients a 'package' of several meetings that they pay for upfront. They should be able to select the dates of each meeting and I should be able to set the number of meetings they can schedule in the event. The client should be able to select any available day and time within the availability and date range I select in the event.

This feature was initially requested almost two years ago. Can you please let us know when it will be available?
