    Hi Clara,

    We are happy to process deletion and access requests for both you and your customers. At this time we do not have self-service tools, but if write a support ticket to your team, then we will process your request. We are continuously investigating ways to provide our customers with additional tools to manage their data and hope to provide more customized data management in the future. :)

    why is this still not a feature? It really needs to be for European law compliances.

    I'd love to take this moment to share our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We’ve also created a Data Processing Addendum that affirms the new guidelines and states how Calendly holds itself to these standards as a business. If you'd like you can read more about Calendly’s privacy and security compliance here.

    For now, though, I'd suggest requesting this feature on our Idea Portal, here. That way, others can follow, comment, and upvote your post helping it to gain traction in making its way to a future release of Calendly.

    As an example, I found a similar idea here. Perhaps you can follow/upvote that post as well and help a fellow Calendly-user!
