    Hi all -

Thank you for submitting this idea! While I don’t have a target date on when we will offer max events per day on all event types, I can share your suggestions with the team to discuss further.

    Best,
    Hannah at Calendly

I have also tried to limit the number of events by setting the "Max number of this event acceptable per day" feature to 2, & though I realize this is applied to that event only, your section titled, "Limit the number of events scheduled per day" in the Calendly "Knowledge Base," suggests that to "maintain control over the number of events scheduled, then you will want to ensure each event type has a limit," as if doing so will somehow cause no more than 2 of any combination of all events to scheduled during a given shift (or "PER DAY" as Ryan categorized it).  Was the suggestion in the "Knowledge Base" made believing that someone wanting help could have only forgotten to set the "Max number of this event acceptable per day" feature in all of the events?  Because even setting each event to a maximum of two per day seems to allow for up to 2 of each of "n" events to be scheduled if they will fit into the hours of "Availability."

This seems like it could be fixed by allowing the user to set a radio button to specify a maximum of "n" of any set of events across all of the events or even sets of events (differentiating, for instance, between Client Events & Co-Worker Events), or the option to input one or more combinatoric equations of events based on the time allotted in each event &/or what is in the "Max number of this event acceptable per day" field for each given event.

Hi Hannah, to clarify, I'd really like to be able to maximise the total hours (not necessarily the total events). Some of my events are 30 minutes, some are 2 hours. So it would be nice to limit total booked time to max 4 hours (regardless of event type).

Second this!! Without the ability to limit the number of events (of any type) per day I'm afraid the software isn't going to be very helpful for my business. Super bummed because I just bought a Premium subscription :(

Me too! I track how people found me by the avenues that they end up on Calendly and have multiple types of events people can book. I would really like to be able to limit no more than 2 or 3 total events per day.

+1 - Need to be able to limit number of meetings per day. Or hours per day.

+1 for this feature, and personally I would prefer the solution Paul Minors suggested of setting a max # of minutes per day, not events per day.

+1 for this feature. To limit the number of meetings per day (not just by event type) - as I have different meeting types. Thanks and upvoted.

I am looking for the same functionality - to limit to either 2x events per day or a certain number of hours / day. Thank you.

+1. Limit number of meetings per day or hours by day, either will be fine!
