    Would it be possible for us to decide what is the default country code to display for phone number field?

    I just came to the support area to look up how to do this exact process and can not believe it's not already in place!  Calendly this needs to become a standard feature!

    Absolutely agree. We deal with UK businesses only, so this would put people off, thinking we're an American company when we're not. Calendly, loving everything in your platform so far, but this definitely needs to be a standard feature!

    Yes, this is very important. Otherwise, it's going to be difficult to make the event's SMS reminder in Zapier to work. Some users might not update the country code.

    I agree with everybody above, we should be able to change to our own countries as default. When will Calendly answer the question?

    I agree.  Simplest option would be to default country code based on time zone, mid-point solution would be to allow default to be set per account, Rolls Royce option would be to allow default country code to be set per event type where contact number field included.

    Yes please! We've noticed quite a few people not noticing that they have to change the country code and it results in them not receiving the reminder texts.

    I live in Australia and a lot of my clients are not always savvy enough to realise what the flag means. The ability to default the country code to your own country is essential.

    (Australia) - We only accept phone calls and return calls from Australian numbers. It's frustrating when we get an international number OR when someone has chosen a different country. We only want aussie numbers and need this to be able to be default. 

     

    Also, customer-experience wise, it would be a poor experience trying to find your country by flag icon in a massive drop down.

    [Australia] Agreed, much needed feature. Even from a perception point of view, if meetings are with local people seeing an international flag by default can raise questions about who the invitee will be speaking with, are they local, have they sent me to the wrong link etc. All totally avoidable.

    Also needing this for clients. How is this not a feature yet? We have an issue where leads (appointments) aren't being pushed into a third party platform (through Zapier) because it's not recognising the number (some clients have forgotten to change the area code). PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
