    We also want this feature available in Calendly.  We would like a generic team-based reply-to email address rather than including the email of individual team members.  This is for two reasons:

    • we don't want personal emails made available to people that make bookings without the account holder's explicit permission.
    • we want to have a centralised point-of-contact to manage incoming questions about meetings.

    Ditto. In order to ensure our customers update via our support system, we need to ensure our customers do not start emailing team member's private emails outside of the support system.

    +1!! We use Calendly in combination with Intercom and need people to reply there and not to our personal company email address. Through the Calendly invite / Google Connection they often reply to mail instead of landing in Intercom where all cases are handled. Thanks!!

    This would be great. Although I am not a tech guru, it doesn't seem like this would be terribly difficult to implement, and by the looks of it above there is demand for this feature! Can this be added as a feature?

    Feature needed please! Same reasons - we can't change our logins (personal@company.com) as they're the gmail calendars that Calendly needs to use, but we don't manage customer queries through our personal accounts and we don't want customers to know that we have them - therefore we need the 'reply' email to be the company contact (e.g. hello@company.com).

    Another user wanting this feature. I'm a solopreneur and have calendly linked to my private google calendar. Therefore, the invitations show my personal gmail address and not my domain email. Not a fan of that!! Please allow the address to be hidden or show something other than the address linked to the calendar.

    THIS is a BIG deal to me and one that I am considering not renewing my subscription over.  I have all my accounts set up under my personal email address because I use Calendly for 2 businesses  I run along with 2 Non-Profits I am a Board Member on. I use my calendar through my Yahoo Account.  I DO NOT want anyone to have this information.  There should be a setting to allow your login email not to be the one that is displayed to customers.  If PayPal, Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, and others can have something different as a reply to email, this platform should too!  The fact that this is not already built in, to me is a HUGE glitch in the platform.  As a business owner and online presence, I want to be effective at how I drive my business.  I use personal email for one purpose, and both business emails are kept separate.  PLEASE move this to a higher priority!!!

    Also need this.  We book round-robin appointments with clinicians using Calendly, and can't expose their real work email addresses to the public bookings.

    I've looked into hiding my email from the event and for this reason may not purchase. I don't wish to give out my email address, this is for me to make a call without providing my personal information

    This would be really helpful if it isn't clear from the comments. We're using Calendly primarily because of the time it saves us. Things like this, however, waste the time we gain with direct questions and requests to reschedule. Getting this implemented sooner rather than later would be good.
