Upvoting this as well. I have 5-event types and it would really helpful to be able to make global changes. Specifically, I'm traveling for the next 12-months and I have to update my availability in each time zone to offer hours that work for my both me and my clients. Doing this for each event type is a bit frustrating. I've love to be able to set a general set of available hours for me as the user, and then then to update the event types for anything more specific. (i.e. Only offer Event A on M/T, even though user availability is MTWTF).

Thanks for sharing this idea. We have been looking into a number of ways to make setting availability even easier. I'd be happy to share your use case with the Product team to discuss.

Please help with this! I know when I'm available, don't have time to set this availability for all event types. Thanks for your help!

I agree.  This is a huge pain.  It would be so much easier to have a date calendar that you pick your available times you are available and then you just pick the event types the times apply to. That seems like a very basic thing to me.

Adding my name to the list of people who want to be able to universally set availability. My schedule is not consistent from week to week either.  Which is one of the main reasons I need software such as this.

I am brand new to Calendly and I completely agree that this option is necessary. Otherwise, I might as well continue the cumbersome method I have already been using which is setting up appts individually with each new person, offering them several times to chose from, emailing back and forth... a total pain and the whole reason I got a scheduler system in the first place!

I hope this in the works. I spend more time updating my event types than working! Please create a calendar where we can see all event types availabilities!

Setting availability times for multiple calendars at once is vital. Selecting 2+ appointment types and then setting eg:M-Th 10am-2pm would be so easy to make adjustments on the go to many at once. It's brutal to manage changes individually.

Seriously guys, this is a no-brainer feature that should have been part of the original offering. We need to be able to have a global calendar that supersedes all the individual event calendars. When I block out my days nd times that I'm not available I need to repeat the process another 5 times so that all my calendars are up to date, so far we've had 2 missed appointments because of all 5 calendars wer e not aligned.

If this feature is not available very soon I think it's time to look for another provider that is quick to act and respond to their client's needs.

I look forward to this feature update ASAP.

Amanda, you stated that on 20th May 2017 that your team decided to begin planning to introduce this feature. A month later and we have no update? Is it still in the planning stage where everyone's having a good old think about it and maybe by Christmas when your existing clients have had enough and have engaged other software solutions that delivers this feature you'll do something about it?

Regualr updates would be most appreciated, as in monthly please :)

I'm sure you can gauge my great frustration at this lack of an essential feature.

Thanks for your prompt replay Amanda. It's great to hear the feature is on the 'Roadmap' but I guess disappointed that it sounds like it's going to be a while before we actually see it live :(

This is one of the primary missing features causing me to use an alternative scheduling product.

I agree, I just signed up and was so excited about the whole Calendly idea, but I am considering switching to something else now.

This feature needed to be added to this application _yesterday_. If my workplace were not forcing me to use this app, the lack of this feature would make me use something else. Until this feature is added I will not be recommending this app to anyone.

Amanda, is this basic feature completed yet?

We've all been waiting patiently and it's getting old now and a little ridiculous not to have this feature up and running.

Can you please confirm the release date?

    Thanks :)

Please release. Looked all over and can't believe you have to enter for each event type.

Was excited about calendly but probably won't use now.

there's a feature to copy availability from another event.

All that needs to be done is to create a feature that says applies to all events.....

It is shocking that loads of people have requested 45 minute intervals on many requests, not just this thread, and you still have not made the changes.  It is very common for therapists and coaches to run 45 minute calls and meetings.

This is not the feature that I think people were asking for. It would make more sense if there was ONE single calendar that you could start from where you can block out dates, etc. The availability management system is quite clunky, cumbersome, and takes far too many clicks. You can also end up setting different availability for each event type accidentally. It gets to be far too much to manage.

so I am attempting to use the update to set availability for multiple events. Here is the problem. I only want to have a universal availability for when I know I want to be unavailable. The problem with your update is that If I try to do this it will make me edit all availabilities as the same! Which makes it even more frustrating. Here is an example. I will not be available for business this coming Friday. If I try to use the bulk tool to make sure each event says I am unavailable, it will actually set all their availabilities to the same. Cmon you guys can do way better than this. Set a "universal Unavailability" as well!
