I need 4 people in a meeting. Persons A, B & C all HAVE to be there (with calendar availability) for the meeting to happen. Person D needs to be there, but doesn't require calendar availability because although their calendar is generally full, it's also super flexible. So they still need to get emails and alerts about upcoming calendar events, and even would like to be able to have these events show on their calendar (even if the group meetings overlapped existing events) so that person D is still always in the loop. When I asked for help about this I was told it wasn't a feature yet. It's super important that we get this added ASAP and I'm sure if it's a problem for me, it's happened before. Thanks!
