In my business as a freelance product evangelist, there are no "default" events - most of them are customized. So it is impractical for me to set up multiple event defaults. Instead, I pull information from my clients by including questions in the invites - which works well.
However, the events calendly creates in my calendar and sends to my clients only reflect the default event's name, and nothing else:
I'd like to be able to determine which answers to which questions ultimately show up in the calendar events.
Invite question "What working title would you like to use for your event?" should show up in the calendar event's subject line.
Invite question "Where do you need me to be?" should show up in the event's location.
Invite question "What kind of audience can i expect?" should show up in the event's comment section.
