My sales reps want to be able to reassign events to other team members.
What happens frequently is that we get an appointment booked with Sales Rep A by round robin, only to find that the account is already owned and being worked by Sales Rep B. So Sales Rep A wants to reassign it to B.
The only options for doing this with a joint calendar invite now, are to either (1) cancel and reschedule the event (which is a bad experience for the end client), or (2) add Sales Rep B and leave Sales Rep A on the calendar invite, which blocks Sales Rep A from taking an appointment at that time.
So either the end client gets annoyed, or the sales rep loses a potential lead. So this is a super important feature for us!
