    We have a similar problem. Once Calendly assigns our respective events, we need to be able to reassign some of them for various external reasons. I would love to have a Reassign dropdown that lets anyone on the team to pick another member of the team.

    This is really needed to make the team feature work correctly. With items being added from Outlook internally, having the ability to move an event to another team member would help immensely with the ebb and flow of team members schedules.

    We have 3x regional teams of which 2x regions crossover working hours and 50% travel. So there are often times when users need to reassign to another colleague.

    Our current workaround is transferring ownership of the event via Google Calendar. However, it doesn't update on Calendly, which means that the reminder email would be sent from the original user the event was scheduled with.

    We will move to SalesForce and expect with the integration that every event will be logged in SF with the correct user assigned to maintain accurate history of communication with our leads and customers.

    It would also be very helpful to be able to reassign any event to someone else on the team, not just a "team event". Somewhat frequently we will have team members out sick and need to cover for one another, and usually the events are booked on a single user's calendar rather than Round Robin or Team. Canceling and rebooking is cumbersome for us and confusing for the client since they get a cancelation followed by another invitation. Clients are not very good at joining web meetings as it is, so this just complicates things even further.

    A feature like this would also make it much more effective for reporting. Right now, because the process I mentioned above is confusing for clients, we usually just keep the current meeting instead of canceling and rebooking. This leads to a number of issues but most significantly we have to manually adjust each of these meetings when we export the data for analytics, as it's booked under the wrong Trainer.

    Any update to this? Would be helpful to be able to reassign instead of cancelling and asking user to schedule another appointment, or causing confusion with an email exchange outside of calendly.

    I see that this feature has been completed, however, I still can't quite figure out how to do the reassigning. Can someone help explain it to me?

    I think you have to reschedule the event with the other agent.  This is the article I found in the help center
