    Hi David,

Thanks so much for submitting this idea. We are working on a number of updates for team functionality, so this is helpful.

To clarify, are you part of a Calendly team where team members work different shifts or are in different time zones?

    Felix,

This is a huge issue. Having my users create create events for when they are not working is incredibly cumbersome and prone to error. Honoring the working hours as defined in the Google Calendar should be a quick fix that immediately addresses a large number of scenarios.

I do have my users block out time for things like lunch, commuting, personal time, etc, but those are one-offs and not as reliable as general working hours.

    Felix,

Is this functionality currently available?  My co-founder and I sit on opposite coast; however, we have signed up to conduct demo's of our platform from 9-5 in our respective timezone (9-8p EST, essentially).

We have activated 'Working Hours' in our google apps calendar; however, someone who just signed up for 10a EST appointment was connected with my colleague on the west coast.  That's 7a his time.

    Eeek...

I'm still waiting on this, too. The lack of support for time zones or working hours is a big miss. It forces my west coast sales people to take meetings that are too early. The only workaround is that they manually block out hours with recurring meetings to force an east coast person to get selected.

Seems like a feature was just released that might help address some of this -- it's not quite working hours, but shifts should help. https://blog.calendly.com/introducing-availability-improvements-icloud-integration-and-more-2fa8f2ca7c5b

    Felix,

While I can update my availability for my personal calendar and make myself "unavailable" for certain dates (e.g. when I'm traveling for work or pleasure) - DOES it remove me (or, prevent people) from scheduling GROUP meetings?  My name still appears for those specific dates under the TEAM events.  TEAM features are premium (paid) feature, so I really hope you guys have thought this one though...
