    Hey Leila,

Thanks so much for submitting this idea. We are evaluating a number of ways to build on the types of notifications users/clients receive, so it's helpful to see this use case. Follow-ups are definitely something we are exploring so I'll share this with the product team.

    Cheers,
    Felix

Do you have any updates on Follow Ups? We are trying to send a survey out after an event and it would be great if you had this feature. Thanks!

    Hello,

This feature would be a great addition to Calendly as i have a need also to send follow up surveys to attendees after an appointment is completed.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

Is there a follow up update on this concern? I would like to have a follow up feature for appointments that were missed and follow up with my customers

    Hello,

You can let Calendly and Zapier send your follow up emails for you! After a support call, feel free to send an email reminding your client of all of the resources available to them. If you are collecting feedback, include your survey link as well!

You can trigger a follow-up email by using Delay by Zapier to postpone the automatic action in the email app you choose to connect. How this Zap works:

    1) An invitee schedules an event with you in Calendly

    2) Use the Delay action app

    3) Zapier (or Gmail / Office 365) sends an email to the invitee after the Calendly event ends

Be sure to check out our Zapier video tutorial for more details. Keep in mind that the Zapier integration option requires the Premium or Pro version of Calendly, and you must have a paid version of Zapier to use multi-step zaps.

    Best,

    Hannah at Calendly

This feature would be great for us too. We can't use Zapier because we service clients in multiple languages and can't distinguish that with a Zap.
