    Hi all -

You can now customize the color scheme of your page when you embed Calendly. Check here for more details!

    Hi Melanie,

    Thanks for submitting this idea.

More customizations are definitely on our roadmap and your use case aligns with some of the things we are considering. I can't guarantee anything specific, but this is very helpful in guiding us toward something concrete!

Will share this with the product team and let you know when we are moving forward!

    Best,
    Felix

I am on board with Melanie. I don't need the calendar to show my Company name since they are already on my webpage.  Also, we lucked out and our colors are close to the calendly colors but it would be nice to have more control over the customization of the calendar when you embed on your site.

A users brand is everything. If a new prospect is booking with you for the first time you would want to make a brand statement. A few items you might consider:

    1. Ability to add your brand (not the circle thumb used for a headshot - keep that).
    2. Ability to use custom colors to match your brand.
    3. Customize your schedule link maybe using a subdomain ie - https://mybrand.calendly.com/eric
    4. Ability to add a background image.

    Regards,
    Eric

    Hi Felix,

Has there been any progress on that topic in the meantime? I'd love to change the "event color" to our company icon instead of picking one of the 12 colors - is this possible somehow?

    Cheers,
    Nils

One more vote for this feature...have to look at Calendly competitors after an initial pilot b/c of this limitation. Seems pretty basic, no? - Ken

is it possible to use custom button for the embedded link at bottom of screen? I want to make it more noticeable.

We would also like the ability to:

    - Change the colors
    - Change font styles

Ideally, one of the following might be the simplest approach:

    1. Ability to link to an external stylesheet (i.e. How Wufoo handles customs styles outside of what their theme builder can support)

    2. Embed style changes within the iFrame/JS embed code. Using Wufoo has another example, this is how they handle parameter/functionality changes within embeds. This option would be better if you wanted to be more restrictive in what we could change.

Upvoting the simple ability to hide the logo/image when embedded. I've seen quite a few other programs use a code such as "image=yes" or "image=no" for creating custom stuff. Would be really great to embed the scheduling piece on a branded landing page without all the extraneous header stuff that comes with the embed.

Yes, please add custom CSS and some basic color pickers. Also, the embed not just being an iframe would be pretty awesome, too. I think the iframe going away and instead outputting markup directly on the page is way more important since you could override CSS all you want if it wasn't in an iframe. But yes, we need custom styles and we hate iframe scrollbars and generally having to deal with them.

Changing colors and adding custom stylesheets would also a great incentive to upgrade to premium.

Have there been any updates on this?

Such a simple but useful feature to be able to hide the logo block and/or add custom CSS to the iframe.

Any updates Calendly? This seems like the more requested feature out there.

Ditto with the above. Going to have to jump to another appt scheduler if style edits are not possible.

I'm selling branding services and this sticks out like a sore thumb on my site - basically looking the opposite of what I'm telling people to do.

At the very least I'd like to be able to change the font colors. I can understand not wanting to give up much control to maintain the great experience you guys have delivered, but we need control over text, link, and button colors. And we should be able to create our own event colors to match our palettes.

    Thanks!

I have the exact same concerns. As a branding agency, it is important that I have the ability to customize the UX in terms of fonts, colors, imagery, and layout. Any news on this new feature rollout?

I would love to be able to hide all the event details on my site except the “pick a date” options. My name, the event description, and location aren’t necessary once it’s embedded on my website. I can handle all that with my site design or follow up emails. I’d also love to be able to change the colors from blue to my brand colors. The current clunky design is what’s preventing me from going Pro or using this service.

For those looking to do this via a css 'hack'. Use the filter property on the embed div with the class "calendly-inline-widget". You can use hue-rotate, saturate, brightness, etc to get close to your brand colors.

    For example. <div class="calendly-inline-widget" data-url="YOURURL" style="position: relative;min-width:320px;height:900px; filter: hue-rotate(236deg) saturate(1.4);" data-processed="true"></div>

This was posted over two years ago. I'm curious to know if there has been made any progress. I think this is one of the few basics that are really missing out in Calendly

I'm a new test user and can't understand why you can't customise to your brand standards - colours, fonts and other branding elements. I can't see any progress on this topic when I search around the calendar today and this was posted ages ago on this thread. Not in the pipeline?

This would be preferable for us too. It looks odd embedded on my website without my brand colours. Please implement the ability to change active link colours at the very least.

Why not allow us to have an external stylesheet that we can add to our calendly profile to override the default css styles? You could even include a default template css file we can download to upload on our own hosting after we've set the styles appropriately. No extra overhead either on your hosting resources.

Why are we three years down the road and still don't have custom CSS? The embed onsite looks terrible unless your background is... WHITE!
