I am looking for an idea, on how to solve a problem our sales team has with scheduling meetings with our CSM's. Basically, they're scheduled the wrong sessions based on the applicable product mix.
Our team scheduling link is not used externally, but key aspects are by the nature of the Calendly product customer facing. I'm trying to find a way to provide a description for the sales team on when to schedule each type of meeting.
I was thinking the welcome page would work:
I tried adding a description for each in the welcome message, but it didn't break each line out, so it was difficult to read and understand quickly.
It would be great to have a solution for this issue.
