We don't use MS 365, we use our own Exchange mail server that utilizes both the Exchange Active Sync (EAS) and Exchange Web Services (EWS) protocols.
We had tried the Calendly Outlook connector some time ago, but it was terribly buggy. Despite that however, the connector requires the local Outlook on my laptop to be running all the time (and often people are booking appointments when my computer is off).
We'd like to explore expanding out use of Calendly, but won't be able to do this unless you connect to our user accounts directly through out server via Exchange Active Sync or Exchange Web Services.
It's our hope Calendly will adopt either EAS or EWS calendar integration.
