Meeting invites received on personal email id (Gmail or Office 365) are typically marked as tentative until they are accepted by the attendees. Since, there can be a lag in accepting these meeting invites, often the same timeslots continue to show up as available on Calendly.
As a result, often external stakeholders can book a session at a time which coincides with another meeting but has not been accepted yet.
Provide an option for the users to specify how "Tentative" meetings should be treated on the calendar. Currently the "Calendar Connection" page provides checkboxes to mark out meetings with the status as "Out of Office / Away" or "Working Elsewhere". A similar option can be provided for "Tentative"slots too so as to allow the users to control how they want their calendar to behave.
