    I would like a coupon function--one that has an expiration date.  This is extremely important.  I regularly offer discounts.  

    I have a virtual assistant who books appointments and collects the fee at the time of booking.  Without a coupon code, I have to book discounted appointments myself.  Booking appointments is administrative work that I don't have time to do.

    Desperately need this to encourage clients to refer people to me. No clear method to give someone a discounted first session or reward a referrer without my manual involvement.

    I am a coach and I sell packages/discounts to people that buy sessions in bulk. This is a huge reason why I may not be able to continue using Calendly after my free trial. To see that this is not a priority for the company after so many years of users saying they want it is disheartening, to say the least.

    I wonder what things are a priority for Calendly, as they don't make updates that the community are asking for!
    Having this option, is pretty standard for any marketing software. It would be extremely useful for all users to have the function to connect a coupon to checkout purchase!

    please, please please make this a priority.  With The pandemic having us refund and credit this is needed more then ever.  I love this software and I don't want to leave.  But I may have no choice.  Please reconsider and make it a priorty.

    I'm sorry to hear that coupon codes are still not the highest priority right now for Calendly given that clients have been putting up this request since three years ago. It is something pivotal to my operations and I am weighing other options now.. what a waste because I do like this platform very much.

    How have this many people commented and requested this and they just don't care. It's honestly unbelievable. Are there other platforms we can use? I know square has the scheduling option too. C'mon calendly stop ignoring your customers!!

    I would like to chime in to express our organization's support for this feature request. We are extensive users of Calendly's core capabilities and appreciate the attention to detail and overall UX -- however this feature is quickly becoming a core need for such tools.

    OMG - stop, they don't give a damn about couple codes... I have no idea what they are working on because i haven't seen any improvements in years...

    I am looking for another service just because i am so sick of being ignored by the company.

    if saw other big changes - i might understand

    Yeah... this is definitely frustrating.

    We just added Monday.com to our tech stack (as a Work OS) and I was impressed with the fact that:

    1. They have a feature suggestion option built into the system;

    2. They actually respond to feature suggestions;

    3. Their development schedule is public and available to all users (i.e. rollout of new features, pipeline for requested features)

    4. Since signing on a few months ago, I've constantly seen new updates and additions

    @Calendly - Any response on where this feature is in the feature rollout schedule?

    I'm new to Calendly and was also looking for a coupon code option - bummed it's not available.  Could we create a new event type at a lower cost with a private link for those who qualify?   I was also checking about whether Calendly can create an event type that requires a password, but it doesn't appear this is available either. If this were available, I think that could be an even better workaround - require a password for the discounted event type.

    Add me to the list of peeps that needs this feature.  It is a very common need once you start paying events. I will have to use another platform for my paying events. I hate that!

    Unfortunately this has been an ongoing request that, for some reason, doesn’t seem important to Calendly. Or, if it is, they haven’t made any attempt to inform us that it’s something they are working on. They don’t see it as ‘high demand’ and so I’ve now downgraded - such a shame as I love the system and it’s really easy to use. Not being able to offer different booking options to my clients and students is a real killer for a business so I’ve had no choice other than take my self elsewhere.

    I contacted calendly and was given a fix. It's not an answer to the voucher code but allows you to create a different price for an event which is hidden. You the  provide that link to the customer or group of customers you want to offer the special promotion to. It's not ideal but ...better than nothing

    Regarding the possible fix of a hidden event type--

    I already do that.  However, that is a hassle for me because that requires me to be involved in setting the appointment, which defeats the purpose of having a virtual assistant and an automated calendar.

    I am looking into some other options.  I already know of at least once system that allows discounts/coupon codes.

    This continues to be a need for my company.  We are needing this so urgently that we are considering cancelling our subscription and moving to the other solution for event booking since my website service offers appointment services like yours.
