Very interested in this feature and amazed that a request like this is so many years old and has not been addressed yet.

So... if Calendly is ignoring the coupon code request? What's another app/program you recommend?

A Voucher / Coupon Code - Option is a must for a lot of us using Calendly.

I absolutely love the simplicity of Calendly & it's clean and clear user-interface. A big THUMBS-UP in relation to that.

Being close to the end of my trial-period (it will end next Tuesday) .... I'm (1) evaluating, (2) assessing Calendly and (3) comparing it with Calendly's competitors ... a lot of them offer Voucher / Coupon codes, so I don't understand why

    (a) Calendly doesn't reply to the huge amount of requests for this option / that there is NO - NO - nada - update at all on this and

    (b) that Calendly doesn't seem to even consider adding or integrating this feature as obviously lots and lots of it's valued customers are looking for it.

Calendly--Team please let us know what your take is on that.
    Thanks
    M

The only thing they seem to pay attention to is how many votes an Idea has.

Please upvote this thread everyone! It’s currently only the 12th most popular request.

We definitely need a solution to this. It's so poor that they can't add a coupon code or at least a basic one with simple functionality!

Just upvoted this thread (and all of the comments) – as this is one of the many, many "Coupon Code" threads that Calendly seems to be ignoring

I love Calendly's clean, modern interface – but having to maintain multiple calendars to "hack" discounts — instead of just having one calendar with a coupon code option to use as we please — is extremely disappointing.

More disappointing; Calendly seems to be ignoring "Coupon Code" threads/requests for two years now.

Two years (all while their competitors implemented Coupon Code functionality)...

    👍 Job Done 👍  "upvoted! all comments" .... now lets wait ... for 🙇 .... 🤞

Seems like people have been asking for this feature for years with no change from Calendly. It's unfortunate because this service is amazing besides the lack of discount codes and package options.  What is a higher priority issue?

One work around is to create different priced events and "hide them" from your main Calendly page, so only clients with the link to this event can book at the discounted price.  It's a lot of unnecessary work and doesn't solve the package problem, but it's a crutch that works short term.

What is their problem? And given how many scheduling apps have the coupon option. It’s not rocket science. Give me 2 days a couple of programmers from India and access to your code. The short term solution of double calendars is NOT helpful.

Yes, I would love to offer my clients a discount during this downtime but I don't want to have to change all my prices. A discount code option would be amazing right now!

Not a priority right now! So how's this for not helping your front line responders in the current coronavirus age.  I would like to offer front line health workers in my country, Singapore the ability to come to my meditation and yoga classes on line for free.  How easy would that be if I had a discount coupon?    Here's what I have to do because this is 'not a priority right now' (and hasn't been for 2 years or more) - 1.  Create a double calendar, increasing my chances of my zoom links being hacked.  Seriously.  2.  Set up separate session for them - no, they are part of the community, not a special interest group with special needs. plus I have no bandwidth and the times they are most likely to come are ones I already have.  How embarrassing, Calendly that you are unable to help out at this time in such a simple way.

How can you say that coupon / discount codes are not a priority when every other calendar service provides this option? I cannot switch to Calendly because of this and must remain with your major competitor (who seems to understand the "priority") until you step up your game.

I feel awful doing this... but are we allowed to ask who the other competitors are who are offering these coupons/discount codes please? x

I am really disappointed you don’t offer this option. It limits what you can offer clients. I offer support services that friends and family could give as gifts! Not having this is really limiting my business. Please make this a priority!

Compared Amelia against Calendly. UX / UI is better with Calendly, but Amelia does offer a coupon code option. If you are on WordPress it's worth a look.

There is not a way to manually add people to a paid event that allows for multiple signups. Discount codes could allow for this but an admin way to add would be helpful as well.

This needs to be an option ASAP to keep many of us users that started with the free version and then got hooked.  Giving away session greatly devalues my service where a discount code creates value, buy-in, and limited value.

Everyone, I understand your frustration with the Calendly team, but let me offer some insight. Our Pro memberships are $15/mo. and that's it. Most companies either charge more or take a little commission from each sale. Since Calendly doesn't do either, it's my belief that they aren't motivated to do more for their customers. That's just my honest take on it, and why I think they're going to drag their feet as long as possible on this. I hope I'm wrong, but that's as rationally as I can think of this no-brainer move.

P.S. It really ticked me off when the rep wrote "we have other priorities" lol god awful customer service. No clarity. No trust-building.

don't bother asking anymore - here is what they have to say

    Hi Paul,

To clarify, this is not something our team is considering right now. However, I won't say for certain it will never be an included feature and can't in good faith shut the door on the possibility of coupon codes in the future.

Rest assured I'm not trying to be patronizing, but we don't have access to a list that states 'x feature will be included in y range of time' and I apologize for that. We recognize this is a highly requested feature, but it is not being prioritized for the time being. I'm happy to advocate for you best I can internally.

If there is any additional feedback or questions you have, please let me know.

    All the best,
