Wake up folks...they'll never add this feature.

I've moved on. www.SetSter.com is working really well for us now.

It's sad that a company doesn't care enough about it's paying customers to add a simple feature.

Calendly is a great scheduling program but I cannot use it without this feature. I signed up for the Pro plan and have waited for months to see if this would be offered. Unfortunately, it appears that this will never be available.

Signed up for a year last night, integrating paypal this morning, severely dissapointing to find out there is no option for coupon or promotion codes. Reviewing these comments is even more disheartening as it appears calendly has been stringing people along for years on this one. We are small business, we need these options, please!!!

What is the status of this implementation? I would like to offer it to a few networking groups I belong to and or a few clients.

    Please let it be ASAP!

Calendly would be next level with the ability to add coupons! Any update?

Calendly! PLEASE start implementing such simple features as offering a discount code to our booking page. This CANNOT be that difficult to add.

Add my vote - I cannot think of another feature that would have as much potentially positive impact on my business than this - the ability to give return customers a discount on subsequent consultations.

They have no intention of adding this and only hope you don’t find out their competitor which name starts with A already offers this. I’ve been following two threads about features  that I need for my business, where dozens of requests for the feature have been ignored. I found out today that their competitor which name starts with A offers both these features promo code and limit cancellation window (to prevent last minute cancellations). When I tried to announce my discovery, the post was put into “pending approval” queue. They must have a bot that scans for competitor names. Please upvote this post so people like you can see it sooner. We’re not prisoners to half-baked calendaring options. There is a solution. It’s just not with Calendly. And frankly if they are ignoring paying customers like this, they don’t deserve to keep us. I’m switching.

    Dear @Calendly,

For those of us who use Calendly to offer our paid services rather than solely as a meeting scheduler a discount/promo code system would be really great for our businesses. I hope we can get to see this as soon as possible in the new year!

    Many thanks!

I tweeted out a link to this thread to see if we can get more traction and only get a generic response. https://twitter.com/garyware/status/1206684047046406144

Please find a way to allow us to offer promo codes or a free booking option. I will have to move from Calendly if we can’t find away to allow prospective customers and clients to book a free trial service with us. It must be possible to add a promo code option on the exact same way stripe already does?

Are there any plans to work on this soon? Now that you’re developing recurring appointments, having the ability to set a discount code will allow us to create great offers for multiple paid appointments.

So I rarely comment on these things, but — given that most competitors have this option (and Stripe allows for it as well) — I'm a little perplexed at how this it not becoming a priority for the development team at Calendly.

It's clear that people want (perhaps even need) this... I know we do. Instead, we're stuck "hacking" the process by creating (and then having to maintain) multiple event types with different prices.

Can someone at Calendly confirm if this is at least queued to be in the works? It seems like an essential function that many businesses want – and I'm having trouble seeing the technical obstacles for it (outside of the lack of will on part of Calendly).

    +1 for coupon codes!!!

Calendly are being incredibly obstinate on this one. They are letting their loyal clients down. I have tried multiple times over the last 18 months to ascertain whether they are even considering coupons - they refuse to tell us if they are even thinking about the option. I honestly feel our businesses alike should group together on this one and leave Calendly. Calendly do not deserve our business.

I REALLY need to be able to add a promo code or the option for a customer to try a class for free. It looks like people have been requesting this for a long time. Why can't you implement it? Even just basic options for this would be helpful. PLEASE!

Upvotes are definitely important. My concern is that Calendly is not taking the multiple, heavily-commented threads regarding Coupon Codes to heart, though.

In fact, some of my previous comments are "pending approval" (since March 16th).

Perhaps in an attempt to not stir the pot?

Calendly has been a great addition to our tech stack. However, the coupon code feature is woefully missing and it's unclear why — given that most other companies in the industry have this feature — that this isn't incorporated in the development pipeline.
