Thanks for sharing this post, Bay! Our Product team is hard at work getting ready to ship a rescheduling feature like the one you're describing here. With this, you'll have the ability to reschedule your events from your Calendly Dashboard. We are also in the early stages of planning for Master Availability functionality that will give you more streamlined control over how availability is presented in your event types. You can expect to see the rescheduling feature in the next couple of weeks and be on the lookout for updates about Master Availability as it becomes available.

Curious if this has any update Amanda - a few months later and I don' think I've seen it. Any idea on when it may be coming?

This was released in June 2017. Check out how to reschedule an event from your Calendly Dashboard here.

Sorry Amanda - I don't think what you posted is what is being requested. That article is from 2016 and shows the click to cancel or reschedule options. The problem with reschedule is it expects me to know my client availability. I don't want to have to call or email and play tag to reschedule them. Nor is cancelling a good option.

You larger competitor, schedule once, provides a very simple solution in a button that sends a reschedule request and cancels the current appointment. The piece that seems to be missing is the option to ask them to rebook (not me) and prompt them to action. Cancelling leaves a totally different experience than rescheduling.
