I am having trouble understanding why there is a question limit for the questionnaire shown to invitee's - especially given that I am a paying user.
I would like the freedom to decide on the length of my questionnaires. With asking questions for a bit more contact information (ex. phone number and skype account name), I become limited to the ridiculously low amount of only 2 questions.
If there is any possibility of this limit being adjusted, kindly do so. Otherwise, could I receive a bit of insight on why the limit exists? It seems to me, that given the (likely) great variety of types of Calendly users, that the question limit can be inconvenient for many. Especially so for those using Calendly to conduct consultations. From a business aspect, it is important that these types of users (myself included) has a means of gathering as much information as possible before the appointment.
With the current limit, I am forced to instruct prospects to fill out the questionnaire through a different software, then come to calendly to book their appointment. This decreases the likelihood of the process being completed, negatively impacting my business.
I hope that something can be done about this, as I know that the simple change would greatly benefit myself, many other users, and the Calendly team,
