    Hi Bryan,

Thank you for submitting this idea and sharing your use case. We are evaluating a number of ways to allow for more customization so this is helpful to see your specific scenario. Will share with the product team.

Also, why isn't a telephone number a standard capture option?

    Dossier

Our company, Onboardify, make a product called Dossier, which is an app to organize customer conversations. We use Calendly for scheduling setup sessions -- and have to ask a number of questions. The question and answer feature is VERY USEFUL -- and (along with conference call integrations) the one reason that we would never switch from Calendly.

Please count us in for adding more questions!

I am voting for this as well. Increasing the questions limit. 4 questions is not generating enough info for us to prepare before the meeting.

    ItsGuru,

This request is dead and adding questions to forms will not be supported. Look at the official comment pinned to the top of this thread:

This  limit of 4 MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL and it's very disappointing why this wasn't thought out! It should be unlimited! When do you plan to change this?

I can only echo the sentiments made in the original post.

I run a very busy radio show and Calendly to book guests onto my show.

Being restricted to 4 questions makes no sense whatsoever and leads to my guest not answering the three questions I've "stuffed" into one questions field (and understandably so). See screenshot.

The missing information means I have to spend additional time before the show getting the info from my guests and adding it to the show notes. This is time I do not have, not to mention how it interrupts the flow of getting things done smoothly.

It should make no odds as to how many fields can be created by pro users. This needs to be addressed and solved quickly.

    Thank you.

Thanks Brad, it I'd such a shame as I really love Caleb's but for this one fault. Like you I made several requests to raise the questions limit, but was met with a no can do response. I even recorded a use case video showing them exactly how the limited questions impacted my business, still no reaction. So I'm now testing other options before I reluctantly make the transition over to an alternative system. Thanks for the tip, I'll take a look at that too. I'm currently testing Survai, which does additional things, but not 100% what I need in terms of rolling dates. Thanks again mate

    I'm a headhunter

When i do a marketing campaign for a role the "lead" can book a slot in my diary so we can further qualify each other.

I'd like to add a number of pre qualification questions to the appointment to help me pre qualify the leads more effectively .

This original question was raised in March. It is now December. Numerous customers have noted this as an issue, so I am curious as to when Calendly plans to improve this service?

At this time this will be the #1 reason why I will NOT switch to Calendly.
