    Hello all,

Thank you for your continued feedback of this popular request. As you know, each Calendly account is seen as one person. It sits on top of your connected calendar account checking to see if you are busy or available. In solo accounts you can create the following event types:

One-on-One Events - a Calendly user sends a link to meet with an outside invitee
Group Events - a Calendly user sends a link to meet with multiple outside invitees for each time slot

While solo Calendly accounts cannot read each other's availability, you can link accounts using our team features. You can learn more about our team-wide capabilities over on our Knowledge Base. With team features you can also create:

Collective Events - 1 or more assigned Calendly users ALL have to be available to meet with an outside invitee
Round Robin - a person is assigned as the Calendly user to meet with an outside invitee

I hope that using team features will help some of you reach your scheduling goals. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to support@calendly.com.

In the meantime, I am happy to pass your feedback to the product team.

    Best,

    Hannah at Calendly

I'm running into a similar situation. I work for an online school and I'm trying to schedule state testing at multiple locations around the state. I don't have a choice on the dates, and it would be AWESOME if Calendly could figure this out so I can keep track of my entire roster in once place. :)

Same issue here! I need multiple events types to be allowed to be scheduled concurrently in order for Calendly to be useful for me. Any advice, feature, or workaround would be greatly appreciated.

I agree! We could just open two accounts with two different emails and use the free versions and give our customers separate links for each event. I don't understand why Calendly doesn't allow this.

Same. I need to be able to schedule a younger age group and an older age group for a single class separately.

I need to use different prices for the same event and share slots. If I have two classes from 14 to 16 hs. and 16 to 18 hs. but I want to sell both, I want to create an event from 14 to 18 but share slots, because I have a maximun capacity.

This tool needs to allow multiple events in a day that have the same time frames. This is devastating. I'm totally at a loss for my events now.

I need this to be a thing... I cannot schedule individual writing appointments with students in our Writing Lab if we are also having a special teacher-led lesson on writing.

Yes, I have a studio space and I have both a small room and large room that can be rented out separately at the same time. I don't really want to have to pay for two separate accounts to do this. I also do yoga at people's homes sometimes, so there could also be scenarios where the two rooms are rented out at a time I have a meeting scheduled at someone's house to do yoga with them, so in that case, I'd need to be able to have 3 things scheduled at the same time.

I, too, need to be able to schedule multiple rooms/locations at the same time.  It seems Calendly would have a step up on competition if they were able to provide this.  It obviously seems to be a needed function for users.

Yes! I also need to schedule multiple appointments that begin at the same time. My nonprofit conducts elementary school presentations and we frequently have an event in two different classrooms that begin at the same time. Please enable this feature Calendly team!

    +1

you should be able for an event type to allow it to be booked despite another event being in the timeslot. Perhaps a setting could allow X other events at the same time. Now it's obviously 0, but you should be able to set it to 1, 2, etc. So that you can book this event even if 1 or 2 other events are at the same timeslot.

Nothing like finding out after an even goes live. So apparently I have no choice but to go out and create a fake email and pay for a second account. Ugh! Bet I won’t keep this subscription once this event is over. I shouldn’t have to pay for 2 subscriptions to manage a schedule for a single person.

We are also having this problem. Letting clients make appointments with agents at different appointment locations, is really the only reason we use Calendly. i.e each event is a sales centre and running multiple events is how business works. The embeddable widget is great but not if there are no appointment slots available.

I have a single event that some clients are paying for (with the event linked to Paypal)-I created one event for this; while other guests are being given a complimentary ticket for-I created another event AT THE SAME TIME for this.  I need to book them BOTH in the same time slot (obviously); but I had a complimentary guest register first, and now NONE of my paying guests can register.

Sorry, but you should NOT MARK THIS ISSUE AS ANSWERED!

As a recruiter, I have multiple places I'm scheduling interviews for. Each job type at each store has an "Event Type" (the word "Type" in the description is misleading/confusing and really should just be called "Event".).

I want to be able to schedule interviews around the same time as other stores, because most store managers want to have interviews around the same time, ex 11-2.

Once that a slot is taken for one store, it blocks out that slot for ALL the other events. This wouldn't work if I also used this system to schedule things that weren't related to interviews, like a seminar or something.

This is a real basic feature, making availability for an event independent of other events.

I hope the devs at Calendly have been hearing and at work on this because collectively we've all been complaining for this. I'm now going to have to look at another solution because our company can't afford for each store manager to have a Calendly account just so each store has it's own separate availability, when that can be controlled at the event level.

Does anyone know of a scheduling app without all of the limitations and bugs that Calendly has?  Between not being able to book two activities that overlap (which suggests someone with no business experience made feature decisions on this app) and the issue you have trying to move or re-schedule people who didn't show but the app doesn't allow for that or the inability to delete an event without massive calendar conflicts, I'm beyond figuring out how to use this for a high activity business tool.

Castlewood Stables - we just moved to Signup Genius Pro. We've only had one event scheduled so far  and canceling/rescheduling is still confusing for clients, but the ability to schedule multiple events/time slots and add additional admin accounts to the one upgraded price was an absolute gamechanger! I do think that Calendly is a prettier system and it's definitely more intuitive for single users making appointments. My other teachers are still happily using Calendly accounts for tutoring and parent/teacher appointments - but for what I needed out of the paid version, it was worth it to move to a more expensive program that could actually accomplish what I needed.

Same issue. Why not give people an option in the settings to be able to schedule concurrent meetings? This is a HUGE failing of this app, and the fact that it has been years and it still has not been resolved is very troubling. Equally upsetting is the fact that there is no warning that this is the case, you don't find out there's a problem until your users can't register. Bad show, Calendly.
