    I can't believe this feature doesn't exist.

I have 'ideal hours' that I offer others... but regularly need to book clients myself and stretch to accommodate them at times that I don't want to openly promote.

It's a total pain to have to work around this limitation!

This feature would be amazing.  I would +1 the need for this.

I would like that functionality, too. The client told me verbally what date she wants, and she doesn't want to be annoyed by receiving something from me asking her to choose a date. I just need to manually enter in that date, and then subsequent reminders can be sent to her.

C'mon, Calendly, it can't be that hard!

How is this not a thing yet?  Please just have a developer do it!

Not having the option to add an event as an owner is making Calendly very hard to use. I'm now shopping for other options.

I would love to have a feature like that as well! It's pretty hard otherwise to keep track of valid timeslots if you have inquiries coming from other sources than calendly as well. The best scenario for me would be to have it integrated with the google calendar linked to the calendly events. So every time I add an appointment to the calendar manually, calendly picks up the blocked time and removes the corresponding timeslots in my events offered through calendly.

It’s been 2 years since this was requested and over 40 comments from different users.

Why is Calendly still “actively investigating” this 2 years later without a single status update?

Do we need to stop by Atlanta Tech Village to talk to the actual developers on why basic features are taking this long to roll out?

This in addition to not being able to have multiple calendars (and schedules) per each user (without buying extra team slots) is making Calendly less and less attractive....

Clearly everyone wants this.  So the question now is.... which other services offer this?

When on a call with a customer If I'm scheduling another follow up call for that same customer I want to be able to quickly use calendly myself to manually schedule the new event which gets it scheduled faster and I'll automatically have calendly sending reminders. Otherwise I have to create the calendar item manually in Google Calendar and send the reminders myself.

Can we at least get some acknowledgement from the Calendly support that they are seeing this? Jeez.

Our clients have to pay to join our events. I'd love to have the option to add a VIP-client to one of our events manually, so that they do not have to pay. Another option would be if I could send out a "one-time free-link". Thank you

This is pretty crazy. 45 comments From customers, and no single answer, not even an acknowledgment.

I'm going to post on their Facebook page, I bet that will get them to answer.

I would appreciate this feature as well. Many of us need to make an exception from time to time and need a quick workaround. Thank you!

Do I need to email myself a link to book an appointment on behalf of someone else?  Sounds insane!  And can you manually move an appointment without sending out a new confirmation email to the client? Can't see this option.

This is an important function. Why don't you make it happen???? We need to be able to manually add events out of schedule. It is like "Opening Spot" for clients from admin without going to the settings.

    [taps microphone, microphone squeals]

    "Is this thing on?"

C'mon Calendly, I know you care enough about your customers to at least reply again! It's been almost a year!

I didn't see this specifically addressed so I'll add it to the list. I have clients that want to meet off the hour, meaning 7:30, 8:30 etc. I need the ability to manually add/edit this in my 60 minute activity or have the ability to pick multiple time slots in my 30 minute activity. Please move this to the top of the priority list. Thanks (Premium User)

LOOKS LIKE THEY FINALLY ADDED IT!

Just updated my iOS app to see a new AD HOC MEETINGS feature.

    Rejoice!

Edit: If you have multiple teams/accounts, it only lets you use the one you are signed in with and not any of your teams. Hope it get's addressed as to which team/calendar you want the meeting to end up on.

    @Kimberly

So far it's only on my iOS app. Just updated it about 30 minutes ago.

You'll know it's there because (a) its in the update notes (b) a new button appears in the middle labeled "AD HOC MEETING"

I am shocked to see this has been years in the making.  I have cancelled my calendly and rarely used it although paid for the year up front.  This simple feature add and the lack of doing it for years - tells me a lot about Calendly and am currently looking at other options.

Seriously, why am I still using your service? This board is crammed full of great ideas from YEARS ago that you haven't addressed. When you do it's the blandest, most unhelpful answer imaginable.
