    Hello all,

Thank you for submitting this idea! While I don’t have a target date on when we will offer rescheduling via round-robin without notifying the invitee, I can share your suggestions with the team to discuss further.

    Best,
    Hannah at Calendly

I know this is old, but this would still be a great feature to have implemented.

I'd love to put a spark back under this particular topic. This would benefit our organization a billion times over. Please. Please. Please.

Would love to auto-add invitees on my end by default to certain calendar events.

This feature is needed.  Round Robin is not good enough.  Example:  Meetings are 99% of the time held with a trainer.  But if there is a meeting overlap or someone is out, it needs to be assigned to maybe a supervisor.  Supervisor isn't in Round Robin but can step in to help and should be able to have meetings assigned to him.

Right now, the only way to free up the meeting time is to delete the event.  That confuses the customer greatly.

We are new to Calendly and trying to figure out how best to set up our round robin.  We agree that there must be an easier solution to switching an appointment (not cancelling) and not confusing the customer about the process.  Please consider making this a high priority.

    Other questions that I have:

We often use the invitee questions as an internal interview with our customers on the phone.  Is there a way I can edit invitee questions (not the original form) but the answers?

    Thanks,

    Bruce
