Agreed. I need the ability to have different calendars for different event types.

Event One - Onboarding Calls should check calendar availability for just me

Event Two - Product Feedback Calls should check calendar availability for me and two other individuals.

Right now, the all or nothing setting makes it difficult to plan a variety of different scheduling events.

I have a related, but perhaps simpler use case

I schedule phone calls and office appointments with Calendly. When scheduling appointments in-office I have to coordinate based on the availability of a shared conference room in the office  (which is no problem - we use a Google calendar that is shared with my account). However, this limits my availability because times when a colleague is using the conference room shows as unavailable in Calendly.

However - when I'm just scheduling personal events or phone calls, there's no need to coordinate with the office calendar. I just need to base availability on just my calendar. it would be great to pick which calendars Calendly pulls data from based on event type.

Completely agreed. This is a must have for us to continue using this product.

I am currently a one-woman team responsible for scheduling multiple events, some of which overlap. Being able to connect to multiple calendars within my account would allow me to schedule overlapping events, which I'm not currently able to do. A team account doesn't make sense for me, as there isn't a team that we're scheduling with.

    Hi there -

Thanks for the note. While I don't have a target date on when we will support a feature like this, it is on our radar. I'll share your suggestion with the Product team to discuss. Check back here for updates as they become available.

    Happy Scheduling! :)

    Dear all,

Please be aware that this feature would bring a huge benefit for me as well.

And in fact I need it for... yesterday :) :)

Big plus-one from me, too! I use Calendly for some one-on-one meetings with customers, but then I also want to use it to schedule demo calls that include my Sales Engineer. I'd like to have my calendar connected to his, without it restricting scheduling options for my one-on-one meetings.

Yes! I too need to check a shared conference room for some events but not others.

+1 for us as well.  Different type of events require use of different Conference Rooms.

Would like both types of events to be available from a single Calendly page, but each event would have to link to different calendars.

Yes!  I want this feature, too!

I use Calendly to schedule tours of my facility.

I would also like to use it to schedule group clinics that are not taught by me and therefore, don't need to sync up with conflicts to my calendar.

I need a way to set which calendars are checked for conflicts per event type can you please make that a requested feature. It seems like a missed opportunity.

My example of the issue: I use calendly to set meetings and phone calls. For meetings calendly needs to check the conference room calendar in addition to my calendar to determine availability. However, for the phone call event I do not care whether or not the conference room is available. If I could set conflicts at the event level I would get more utility out of this service.

Add another vote from me. I want to use a separate Google Calendar for product domos which I have as an Event Type in Calendly.

My use case is a bit different. I often have to schedule meetings for clients at trade shows. That requires that for each client I can set up a separate calendaring page AND that each calendly booking form is tied to potentially a different google calendar on the back end since more than one client often is at the same show and they should not see nor conflict with each other's appointments.]

(I want to clarify that I need both, the ability to check one or more different calendars for each calendly booking page AND need to be able to select to which calender the calendly appointment gets added. Right now being able to add appointments for an entire account only to one calendar (even though google offers multiple calendars per account) and only specifying which calendar(s) to check for conflicts on a global basis make the solution fairly limited.)

Right now the only way I can see do this is either through using me Meetme.so page, which allows only 3 on the plan I have right now.

With calendly, I have to apparently create a separate temporary google email account for each client, and then create a new calendly account for each google account (and unique calendar) and set them up all individually. This is not only a pain, but also costs extra (since I have to pay for each temporary google calendar / email I have to create) in addition to an additional calendly user account, and I can't even easily duplicate an event across each client once I create a base "template" with the proper event dates, location, and hours. Considering for most of these clients I only need these calendly pages for a week or a few weeks at most, until the event is over, this is a lot of hassle.

If I could link each calendly booking configuration to its own individual calendar (and have it check for its own set of calendars for conflicts) this problem would be solved. Since I also sometimes like to put certain meetings related to my own event attendance that I don't necessarily want in my primary calendar, this would be a fantastic addition to calendly.

I've currently been advised by Calendly to pay for multiple accounts in order to use this functionality.

Agreed. We need to set calendar synch per event. I just created 4 event types for the training division and can't assign it to that person's calendar. We want one calendar page for our clients to use -- not create a separate account just to solve the calendar synch issue.

Please please please! Being able to set the "check calendar for conflicts" on an event level rather than just in the overall account settings would be INCREDIBLY powerful and beneficial! Depending on our clients, we have a different account teams, so being able to create events with only a specific account team applied to the "check calendar for conflicts" would be game-changing. As of now, it's only usable for meetings I schedule for just myself, can't do it with teams.

    Please!!

Yes, i need my testing calendars in one calendar, and consultations in another. Im sure you guys are all over it. Maybe by adding another user you could link a different calendar to their user and do it that way?

I also need this- For example I have clients I want to charge, and I have phone meetings I want to be free for certain people. Don't want to charge- As of now it looks like I have to pay for a whole new user to do this- wouldn't mind paying a small fee for access to another link, but then wondering how the integration would be.... DEFINETLY NEED THIS ASAP
