I'm looking for a way to book multiple days for a project that takes more than one day, which is a similar use case.

I Run an Art business and offer workshops that take place over the course of multiple days. In addition, they take place during a similar timeframe on those days. Scheduling that is very cumbersome now on calendly, and I basically have to ask people to sign up for one day, but make plans to attend more than that. It could be so much better! It would be ideal to have them sign up once but be booked for multiple days at the same allotted time (e.g. 9a-4pm)

Sometimes I offer the same workshop on different dates and it would be great to be able to post them simultaneously. When I try to make clones, and edit the dates but keep the info, your calendar

Would love to see this feature as well. It would be the one feature that would make me sign up for Calendly.

Me too. I'm looking to set up a way for clients to book 10-day coaching retreats, letting them choose any 10-day chunk of time available during a given stretch of months. This feature would be a big help in my business. Thanks!

This feature would be fantastic.  I work at a retirement community and we have a few guest "hotel like" rooms to manage using calendly.  3pm (check in)- 11am (check out)

Any updates on this idea? It's a make-or-break issue for us using Calendly for an annual project we do.

So, support told me to add a suggestion but it appears that this has already been requested a number of times over the last couple of years. What does it take to get this done? This is huge for us. If we cannot book multiple days through Calendly we'll have to use another platform.

gsuite calendar couldn't handle appointment slots larger then a day so I thought calendly would be the perfect solution but here is al 12h limit in place. Please provide this feature, it would be great!

At the two year mark of this requested feature, though it seems to be the most requested feature, I wonder if we need to give up hope that Calendly is listening to us? :-( Tragedy, because it's such a great tool otherwise, and I am certain if they'd solve this issue for us a LOT of groups we help would adopt it, too.

Since this feature is still not available I am wondering if anyone has found some alternative programs out there that meet your function requirements?

Absolutely would appreciate that feature! I have a client with a wine shop that does tastings that go longer than midnight... So I would need to be able to do events that go longer than one day.

I am planning an exhibition for the Red Cross in Holland. I am a volunteer for more then 10 years.

Its about refugee children. The exhibition coveres 8 different places over 4 month. We schedule hundreds of schools, more then 3000 children and about 40 to 50 volunteers.

Scheduling schools works brilliant in Calendly. But to schedule the volunteers I need the possibility to schedule several days within one event.

Some of my volunteers are helping out with the exhibition for about 30 to 50 days. They have to fill in 30 to 50 times the calendly event!

I try to make life as easy as possible for our volunteers, but this is not helping!

Planning by hand, phone and Excel is no option eather.

I payed for a second user, to plan the volunteers. Looks like I waisted money.........from the Redd Cross.......which is painfull to be honest.......

    Let's Discuss

    Hey Team,

I'm not able to book 24 hours time.

I wanted to share my availability between 6:00 am to 2:00 AM but it doesn't allow me to set like that.

    Thanks.

I run a program from 1430 Sunday until 2100 Friday comprised of veterans and first responders who have either attempted suicide or thought about it... in order to show them how to get on the other side of it so they do not look for the exit.  While your program is great for scheduling phone calls (intake) I am unable to create an event that lasts a week and allow a finite number of folks to sign up for it.  Hoping this gets resolved so I do not have to search for another option.  I love Calendly, the way it looks, and the integrations - and I seek to use it to schedule folks from all over the country to attend our program.  Please help.  I would even pay a little more than the $108 a year (non-profit price) I plan to pay for scheduling calls - for this added feature.

Agree, just a way to block 24, 48, 72, etc. would work and be a good upgrade.
