We are using the webhooks to integrate the Calendly events into assorted other systems and as such we need to pass an associated ID. We cannot rely on the fullname or email to do lookups and ensure data integrity. We found the "Invitee questions" and "utm_*" fields and can use these for now, however it would be nice to have the a little more flexible.
I would like to add items to the "tracking" section in the webhook via query parameter, i.e.:
and I would expect to have this "some_unique_id_here" value passed through to the webhook.
One idea we evaluated was using the Invitee Questions, but having the so obviously accessible to the invitee lends itself to them changing this value and breaking the integration. Maybe if these questions had a "hide" option so they can still be populated via query parameter and still get sent in the webhook might work.
