    Our company is having serious operational issues because the barrier to cancel/reschedule is so low! People will cancel with very little notice for a time slot that we dedicate to them.

    Thanks Amanda! Just wanted to add that I second this feature. I love that people can reschedule, just seems to be used too close to event time.

    Can you just remove the Cancellation and Reschedule tab?  In the interim I have put a message on their reminder that they have to reschedule through me manually, but we shall see if they read that.

    But, can we make that button an option to turn off on our dashboard? I am sure there are some using this that like the reschedule and cancel button, but I would like to be more in control.

    Plus 1 this. Very much need ability to, in the very least, disallow cancellations. Ideally a 'request to reschedule' feature would be great.

    I also need this feature badly. I have someone who has taken the liberty to reschedule on me twice, once, 1 minute after our first rescheduled meeting was to start.

    So, my hairdresser has a scheduling app that limits any cancellations within 24 hours.  If  you want to cancel, you have to call her.  I think at a minimum this would be good.  I would prefer there be an option to have the ability to reschedule or cancel, but again, at a minimum, a timeframe would be great.

    Calendly please help!

    Can there at least be an option to remove the reschedule option?? 

    I have wasted so much time planning my day around appointments only to find out that they have been rescheduled last minute. Or is there a way to not allow them to reschedule an appointment within a certain amount of time away from the appointment? Not sure if that made sense but I just need more warning so that I can plan my days!

    If the feature isn’t being added, could you address why the cancel button can’t be removed? The headaches are forcing me to move on after my next renewal.

    I emailed calendly support about this as well.  I have a strict policy stated in all of the confirmation emails that no cancellations or rescheduling the appt. within 48 hours of the appt. However, some people forget and try to cancel or reschedule and calendly lets them. Then, I HAVE TO go back in and contact them and remind them of my policy and sort the mess. Can calendly please have an option to have no changes allowed to an appointment within XXX amount of days/hours preceeding the appt?

    While you have implemented some of the ideas, this is not quite completed yet.  It seems to be an on/off thing.  How about being able to set parameters, on until a certain time prior to the meeting.  Or including the options on some reminders, but not others ?

    removing the link was a start, but ideally the cancelation policy could be system enforced. For example, can cancel 1 week before and can reschedule 2 days before.

    It's still manual though, I cannot manually intervene in every event booked... I should be able to set a number of hours or days before the event to remove the cancel option for clients.
