Event type templates for existing users

    Hello all!

    A team owner or admin can add templates to existing users by navigating to the All Users tab on their Event Types page. Expand the drop-down menu to the right of New Event Type for the preferred user, then select a template. Check out more in this article.

    We are in the same situation.+20 users split between 3x regional teams managed by 3x regional directors.

    Teams have the same set of events for different timezones (demo/training). Users also have the same plus calls (demo/training/quick call/long call).

    Ideally, the event type templates should have the option to tie to different teams/users. When the template is updated, it should reflect on all teams/user assigned.

    I created several templates, but unable to add a templated event to existing users. The only way I can see to do this is to create another event type under each user? That's a lot of work!

    And ditto on updating a template then pushing it to all the users with that template. We plan on using this for about 30 users - and having to update 30 events will be very time-consuming.

    Any timeline on this kind of functionality?

    seems nothing has been done as the issue is still here. Cant access newly created templates for existing users. Such a waste of time having to do this over and over again. template is useless for me :(

    Bump! We have 10 teams of 2 people. Want to be able to push changes made in template to all meeting types.

    What about EDITING existing templates that are already assigned? If I create a new template and assign it, then I have to have the team edit everywhere they use their calendly link.

    I just accidentally created two months of scheduling for myself, and just realized I did it as a template. I literally just signed up, and I'm the only user right now, and I don't see an all user section like the official comment said. Please don't tell me I need to start the scheduling over from scratch.
