We have migrated Outlook.com/Office365 calendar connections that were connected prior to May 2022. 

This does not impact or include:

• Users with an Exchange calendar connection.
• Users who have our desktop Outlook plug-in. 

You can verify the type of calendar connection you have on your Calendar Connections page.

This should have no impact on how your Calendly account works. We have not made any functional changes to how we integrate with your Outlook.com/Office 365 calendar. 

Calendly has completed migrating older Outlook.com/Office 365 calendar accounts to the new API on November 17th. We migrated a percentage of accounts at a time. Once your account was included in the migration, the changeover to the new API occurred the next time Calendly made an API call for your account. This happens: 

• When someone visits your booking page
• When we refresh access to your account in the background.

As of November 17, 2022, all Outlook.com/Office 365 calendar connections are migrated to the new Graph API.

While this is not necessary, and your account is already migrated: yes. To manually migrate your Outlook.com/Office 365 calendar connection: 

• Navigate to your calendar connections page
• Select Disconnect to the right of the Outlook.com/Office 365 calendar(s) you'd like to disconnect.
  
  
• Select + Add Calendar Account
• Select Connect to the right of Office 365 Calendar
• Enter your Outlook.com/Office 365 credentials
