Ending Calendly support for Internet Explorer 11

On June 15, 2022, Calendly ended its support of Internet Explorer 11.

Internet Explorer is a discontinued series of web browsers developed by Microsoft and included in the Microsoft Windows operating systems. Internet Explorer 11 is the last major version of Internet Explorer. Moving forward, Microsoft is investing heavily in the development and promotion of Microsoft Edge, its new web browsing platform. Microsoft Edge will still work great with Calendly and even supports the Calendly Extension, which you can learn more about here: How to add Calendly to your Microsoft Edge browser.

For more information on Microsoft's efforts to discontinue support for Internet Explorer 11, please check out this resource from Microsoft Support.
In addition, Internet Explorer is no longer supported by many web calendars, integrations, and meeting locations, including:

  • Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Analytics, Gmail
  • Microsoft Office 365, Outlook.com, and Exchange calendars
  • Microsoft Teams
  • iCloud Calendar
  • Zoom
  • Mailchimp
  • Meta Pixel
  • Zapier

Given this lack of support from significant integrations and calendar connections, Calendly will end its support of IE11 beginning June 15, 2022.

This means that we will no longer be addressing Internet Explorer 11-specific bugs or issues. You will still be able to access Calendly.com and your booking pages using Internet Explorer 11, but the experience on those pages will continue to degrade over time.

If you are currently using Internet Explorer 11, please upgrade to one of the browsers below for the best experience with Calendly:

If you are not using Internet Explorer 11, you do not need to take any further action.
