How to create a group

Before you start...

  1. From any Calendly page, select Account, Admin Management, then Groups.
  2. Select Create new group, enter the Name of the group, and select Continue.
  3. To add members, select Add members and enter the names of the group members.  
  4. Once all the members have been entered, select Add.

How to change a group name

  1. From any Calendly page, select Account, Admin Management, then Groups.
  2. Locate the group you would like to edit. Use the search bar if your organization has a lot of groups.
  3. Select the 3 dots to the right of the group and select Edit.
  4. Select the pencil icon next to the group name.
  5. Highlight the old group name and enter the new name of the group (up to 50 characters).
  6. Select Save.

How to delete a group

  1. From any Calendly page, select Account, Admin Management, then Groups.
  2. Locate the group you would like to delete. Use the search bar if your organization has a lot of groups.
  3. Select the 3 dots to the right of the group.
  4. Select Delete.

Note:

  • Only admins and owners can delete a group.
  • Once you delete a group, you cannot undo deletion.
  • Deleting a group will not remove the group members from the organization.
  • Members of a deleted group can be added to a new group after deletion.
