Mark no-shows for meetings

What are no-shows?

Calendly’s “no-show” feature allows hosts to mark whether or not an invitee attended a previously scheduled meeting.

For customers on our Professional, Standard, or higher plans, you can combine our reconfirmation Workflow with the no-shows feature to track an invitee’s engagement before and after your meeting. Anyone marked as a no-show will not receive scheduled post-meeting Workflows (e.g. a 'thank you' follow up).

How to mark an invitee as a no-show

  1. Navigate to the Meetings page.
  2. Go to your Past events, and expand the Details for your meeting.
  3. Select the Mark as no-show button under the meeting date and time.Button - Mark as No-Show.png
  4. Confirm the no-show.

The invitee will now have a red icon labelling them as a no-show to your scheduled meeting.

Additional notes

  • In addition to Workflows, the no-show status will also work with an event type's email follow-ups.
  • The No Show button only will be visible for meetings that have passed the originally scheduled "start time."
  • The no-show status is included in a Meetings CSV export.
  • Hosts can undo a no-show if they change their mind.
  • This option is also available for Group event types, where each invitee can be marked as a 'no-show' separately.
