How to add extra time before or after events from the mobile app

  1. From the mobile homepage, select the event type you’d like to edit.

  2. Select View event type details.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the event type screen and select Edit this event type. This will open a separate webpage within your Calendly application. 

  4. Select Scheduling settings to expand the section.

  5. At Buffer time, select the boxes to choose the amount of time you want to add either before or after your event.
    Note: We suggest you only add time before or after an event, not both, to prevent booking conflicts.

  6. Scroll to the bottom and select Save & Close, then select Done.
