If you're dealing with spam, suspicious links, or unwanted bookings through Calendly, you can report them directly to our team. Use the steps below to submit a report and help us keep your experience safe and secure.
Types of abuse you can report
You can report any of the following behaviors:
- Spam: Someone is sending unsolicited emails through Calendly.
- Suspicious links: Emails or booking pages include phishing or malicious links.
- Illegal activity: A Calendly user is promoting hate, violence, or unlawful behavior.
- Impersonation: Someone is using a false identity to mislead others.
Report abuse through the Help Center
- Go to the Report Abuse page in the Help Center.
- Select Report Abuse.
- Follow the prompts and provide as much detail as possible.
- Forward any suspicious emails to trust@calendly.com.
Our team will review your report. If we need more information, someone may reach out to you directly.
Report unwanted meetings from your account
You can also report meetings directly from your Calendly account.
- From your Calendly Home page, select Meetings.
- Locate the meeting you want to report.
- On the right side, select Details.
- Select Report this event.
- Choose a reason:
- I don’t know this person
- I know this person but don’t want to meet
- It’s something else
- (Optional) Add a brief description of what happened.
- Select Report Event.
- Select OK.
Note
When you report a meeting, it will be automatically canceled and removed from your calendar. The time slot becomes available again, and the invitee receives a cancellation notice. The person reported will not be notified and their account remains active.
