1. Use one of the following ways to capture a screenshot and save it to your desktop or photo collection:
Phones and tablets
iPhone or iPad
2. Use your email provider’s attachment feature to attach the screenshot in an email message. If you use one of the following email apps or devices, follow these instructions:
3. Use the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to open our support system.
4. Attach your screenshot using the Add file button.
