How to change the Zoom account that’s connected to Calendly

If you have more than one Zoom account, you can change the account that’s connected to your Calendly account. After you connect the new Zoom account, it will automatically appear as a location option for all your event types. You can have only one Zoom account connected to your Calendly account at a time. 

  1. Using your web browser, go to Confirm that you are signed in to the account that you no longer want to be integrated with Calendly.
  2. Sign out of your Zoom account (click on your profile icon and select Sign Out).
  3. At the top of any Calendly page, select Integrations then select Zoom.
  4. Select Connect Zoom then enter your username and password to sign into your preferred Zoom account. 
  5. Select Authorize.
