I changed my log-in email but my notifications are still coming from the old address. Why?

If you're using calendar invites as your scheduling notification method, the invitation comes from the email address associated with your connected calendar to add events to.

You can switch your connected calendar to add events to, or update your event type notifications to email confirmations so notifications come from notifications@calendly.com

I thought I edited my logo, but I see a different picture when I visit my link. Help?

For a personal or shared event type: From your Account settings page, you can change your profile picture under the Profile tab. Your logo can be edited from the Branding tab.

For a team page event type: You’ll need to edit the Team Avatar from your team page settings.

  1. First, select the team from your My Calendly drop down menu on the Home page.
  2. Select the grey gear icon to the right of the team page, then Edit Team.
  3. From there, you can upload a separate image or logo for your team under Team Avatar.
  4. Select Save.
