Use invitee questions to collect additional information from your invitees during the scheduling process. These custom questions can also be used to obtain consent from your invitees, such as having them opt-in to your mailing list or agreeing to your policies.
- Open the Invitee Questions section of any event type and create a new question.
- Add a link to your privacy policy and a single checkbox answer for invitees to agree to its terms.
- If your privacy policy link is too long, use a URL-shortening service.
- Utilize the Required setting to ensure their permission is given before they confirm their booking.
View a copy of their consent from the Meetings page on your Home page within an event's details, along with any other information you've requested.
