Learn how to delete meeting recaps—summaries, transcripts, and action items—from individual meetings or all meetings attended by Calendly Notetaker.
Before you begin
It’s encouraged you enable the Notetaker for your meetings.

Owners and admins can choose who can enable or disable the Notetaker on their account.

Anyone with Calendly Notetaker enabled can delete specific recaps for their meetings.

Only owners and admins can delete all Notetaker meeting data for their organization.
How to delete a specific recap
From a recap page
- Go to your Recaps page or your Meetings page.
- Find a Past meeting you want to share.
- Select the recap or select View recap.
- In the top right corner of the recap page, select
More.
- Select Delete recap.
- Confirm your selection by selecting Delete meeting recap.
From the Meetings page
- Go to your Meetings page
- Select the Past meeting you want to delete the recap of.
- Select the three vertical dots
to the right of the meeting title and Delete recap.
- Confirm your selection by clicking Delete meeting recap.
How to delete all Notetaker meeting data
Owners and admins can delete all Notetaker meeting data for their organization.
From the Account settings
- Navigate to the AI Notetaker section of your Account settings.
- Select Disable AI Notetaker.
- Confirm your choice by selecting Disable AI Notetaker.
- At the bottom right of the page, select Delete all meeting data.
From the Admin center
- Navigate to the Admin center.
- Go to the AI Notetaker section.
- At the bottom right of the screen, select Delete all meeting data.
