Choose when Calendly Notetaker records meetings—auto-record by event type, calendar, or organizer.
Before you begin
- Enable the Notetaker for your meetings.
Set your recording rules
As a user, follow these steps to choose when the Notetaker records meetings.
- Go to the Admin center and select Meeting Recaps.
- To auto-record all meetings from Calendly, turn on the toggle.
- Use the dropdown to select specific event types.
- To auto-record meetings from your connected calendar(s), turn on the toggle.
- Choose if you want to only record the meetings that you own or organize.
- To auto-record meetings with external invitees only, turn on the toggle.
- Select Save Changes.
